The UK workforce works the longest hours in Europe. Popular and well known occupational health expert Sir Cary will explore the pressures individuals are under during these difficult economic times and the cost of stress at work.
Author of top ten stress-busting suggestions on the NHS Choices website, Sir Cary will also be outlining strategies for dealing with modern day work pressures.
