Understanding Life: Before Birth & After Death

The opinions on life after death fall into two major camps: for and against. Some consider that existence ends when one dies. Asserting with a shrug that when death comes, it’s all over, they consider the issue settled. At least until death approaches and doubt (even fear) sets in: What happens to us when we die?
But even for those who believe that life continues after death, there is a lot of uncertainty, a lack of clarity.

Yet, the mystery of the hereafter should not be a mystery at all. Neither should it engender fear or anxiety. The question of life after death is really not about death, but about life. About why we are on earth, who we are, where we are from…It is about our inherent need to know, to seek answers.
