Are Russian Attitudes Shifting as the War's Effects Come Home? Support for the Ukraine war inside Russia remains significant even though Moscow has suffered more than a million casualties, the military situation seems to be a stalemate and Ukrainian drone strikes increasingly disrupt daily life.
