When innovation accelerates, change is both inevitable and constant. But how can organisations, societies, and individuals adapt with resilience? The working world is the first major testing ground for AI integration. What is emerging, however, is the impact of hyper-automation. So far, we have seen rapid cost reduction, significant gains in efficiency, and improved data handling.
