Please note: Booking is Essential 2026 marks 500 years since William Tyndale translated the New Testament into English and got it printed. Many copies of that 1526 edition were burned in the churchyard of St Paul’s Cathedral and only three survive. Join City Guide Jill Finch to find out about these books, the dangerous path that Tyndale walked to produce them – and how his words live on in our language.
