About the speaker: Sam Dubberley leads work using digital tools and open-source methods to expose human rights abuses and violations of the laws of war. He is a fellow of the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex, a former Tow Center fellow at Columbia University, and co-editor of Digital Witness.
