After a successful meeting last week, Oxford Students for Liberty’s campaign to raise awareness of current human rights abuses in North Korea, and the possibility of NGO led responses thereto, continues with this talk by Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers is Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission, and East Asia Team Leader at Christian Solidarity Worldwide. Having visited North Korea alongside past speaker Lord David Alton, he’ll be talking about his own unique experience of the North Korean regime.

The event is free, and afterwards attendees will be welcome to migrate across to a nearby pub for further discussion. Anyone interested in the status of human rights in the world today is urged to attend, and those interested in getting involved in the broader campaign will be able to talk to OSFL committee members present at the event.
