Joanne Townsend, bladder and bowel nurse specialist at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is leading our August talk, and the first of our Community Health Matters series, with an introduction to the Bladder and Bowel Service. In particular Joanne will talk about the urinary symptoms experienced by adults, specifically the impact these can have on quality of life.
Joanne will also cover the many interventions available to patients to help improve symptoms and lessen the overall impact on lifestyle.
