Professor Eleanor Stein & Cecil Corbin-Mark: “Climate Change, Human Rights and the Way Forward”

Eleanor Stein (University of Albany), is a former Administrative Judge and recently retire from NY State Public Service Commission as project manager for Reforming the Energy Vision. Cecil Corbin-Mark has represented WE ACT and environmental justice interests for more than a decade.
