The Oxford Mexican Society is proud to host a talk by Miguel Basáñez, Mexican Ambassador to the US, at 5.30 pm on Thursday Week 9, at Blavatnik School of Government. The Ambassador will be presenting some of his most recent work, ‘A world of three cultures: Honour, Achievement and Joy’, followed by a Q&A session. This will be a great opportunity to get first-hand information about Mexican-American political relations, from which many students can benefit at no cost!

The Ambassador has a long academic track, holding a PhD in Political Sociology from London School of Economics, having taught Law and directed educational projects at Tufts University, and having published and edited several books on politics and values.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity and see you on Thursday Week 9 (March 17th) at 5.30 pm, Blavatnik School of Government.
