Life-Writing Lunch
Many poets attract biographies. Arguably, though, the exercise savors of superfluity or irrelevance, or of both. Where the work interprets the life, what more or else can a biographer add? An acknowledged malefactor explains his sins. This event is free of charge and open to all, but you must register first, via http://www.oxforduniversitystores.co.uk (browse ‘Products’ for ‘Oxford Centre for Life-Writing’, or visit http://www.oxforduniversitystores.co.uk/browse/extra_info.asp?compid=1&modid=1&catid=2047&prodid=10933). A buffet sandwich lunch will be provided.
