On 23 June, in a historic referendum, the UK voted for Brexit – that is, to leave the European Union. The vote has triggered an extraordinary chain of events, including the resignation of the Prime Minister. There will now be a national debate about the consequences for Britain’s place in the world, its relationship with the EU, its approach to immigration and trade, and much more. We are in uncharted territory.
Our role as a School of Government is to inform and promote debate around the political, economic and social issues at stake. So join our expert panel on Thursday 30 June at 6pm:

Professor Anne Davies, Dean, Faculty of Law, University of Oxford
Lord Wood of Anfield, Labour Shadow Minister (2011-2015) and Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government
Dr Emily Jones, Associate Professor in Public Policy (Global Economic Governance) at the Blavatnik School of Government (chair)
(more to be added)

The debate is free and open to all, registration is required.
