Why should the general public care about science? How do you get the average person excited about science? What are the most effective approaches to involving members of our society in science? How important is science communication? Do popular media outlets influence public perception of science?

Join us as we bring together a mix of scientists and science communicators to explore these questions and more, in a panel debate followed by a drinks reception.
