Mona Siddiqui is Professor of Islamic and Interreligious Studies at the University of Edinburgh and a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4’s “Thought for the Day”. In this free public lecture, she will explore the nature of Islamic law looking at both serious and light-hearted examples of how the jurists discussed issues. This event is part of the annual series of Chaplaincy Lectures at the University of Roehampton in south-west London. Everyone is welcome to attend.
