There are nearly 1000 different varieties of cheese in the world with an incredibly wide range of flavours and textures. It is often claimed that cheese is bad for us.

Mr Richard Marshall, Senior Lecturer in Food Enterprise, Bath Spa University, will give an hour long lunchbox to explain how in reality it has multiple health benefits and is highly nutritious and satisfying.

The lunchbox will include a lunch including some cheeses that will be discussed.
