In 2015/2016 stress accounted for 37% of all work related ill health cases. Stress is a rapidly increasing feature in our society, but how does stress actually lead to illness? And what in society seems to be the cause of this continually increasing trend?

The panel, Chaired by Geoff McDonald, former Global VP of Human Resoucres at Unilever, and one of the leaders of minds@work, will include neuroscientist, Professor Stafford Lightman and Occupational psychologist Professor Gail Kinman.
