On 15 June the Second Annual Lecture of the Essex University Human Rights Centre will be held in London. The Lecture Present Trends of Forced Displacement: From prevention to protection and solutions will be given by António Guterres, former UN High Commissioner for Refugees (2005 – 2015) and candidate for the position of UN Secretary General.
