Ruby Wax is a much-loved US-born comedian, actor and writer based in the UK. Starting out as an actor at the RSC, she went on to co-write the scripts for ‘Absolutely Fabulous’. More recently she has also become a mental health campaigner and gained a Masters degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University. She is currently touring the autobiographical show ‘Losing It’, and has a new book, ‘Sane New World: Taming the Mind’ (Hodder & Stoughton).
