Majestic cathedrals and elegant auditoria are not the only structures that delight. There is also a hunger for ever-taller and more conceptual structures that challenge the limits of todays engineers and architects.

Join us for an evening of talks delivered by the architects and structural engineers behind some of the world’s most iconic buildings, showcasing some of the breakthroughs in extraordinary structural design.

The panel consists of:

Jane Richards – Director for Building Structures – WSP
Sergio De Gaetano – Principal, UK Director and Façade Engineering Practice Leader – Thornton Tomasetti
David Evans – Director – Lynch Architects
Tim Gledstone – Partner – Squire and Partners

The talks will be followed by a Q & A session accompanied by a selection of drinks and nibbles.

This event forms part of Clerkenwell Design Week 2015
