Speaker: Paul Craddock
We tend to think of early transplant belonging to the same era as the moon landings, with a steady stream of technological advances ever since then. Paul Craddock will tell a little-told story, taking us from the rudimentary transplants of ancient India to more sophisticated transplants of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Lunchtime lectures last approximately 45 minutes plus time for questions.
All lunchtime lectures are supported with live Speech-to-text delivered by Stagetext for D/deaf, deafened and hard of hearing.
