Hugo and Ross Turner have travelled to extremes in the name of science: across the Atlantic Ocean, up 5000m peaks and over the Greenland polar ice cap. As identical twins, they are uniquely able to test how the body survives in these extreme environments, and how new materials, diet and technology can help.
